Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• As part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE) team, this role will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to develop talent acquisition strategies and perform talent acquisition initiatives and best practices within the APAC region.
• Review and revamp the recruitment & selection processes and policies.
• Review the effectiveness of the existing recruitment channels and explore/implement other effective channels/sources.
• Participate in the implementation of recruitment system.
• Conduct social media recruitment projects.
• Assist in the recruitment process for managerial level positions.
• Participate in other talent acquisition/recruitment projects/initiatives as assigned.

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor degree in human resources management, psychology or other related disciplines.
• 5 to 7 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experiences in sizeable companies, preferably in fashion/beauty retail industries.
• Previous experience in recruitment system implementation and exposure in social media recruitment would be a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
