Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the designated brands.
• Strengthen stakeholder management by regularly review of the respective brands’ analytics, reward benchmarking, recruitment challenges, as well as make value-added propositions to brands and standardise stakeholders’ communication templates.
• Become well versed of respective brands’ employees performance levels.
• Lead/conduct regular store visits to obtain Voice of Customer (VOC).
• Become an ambassador/host for employee engagement activities.
• Act as brand ambassador in Recruitment Day and partner with the other HR Centre of Expertise (COE) teams to strengthen Employer Branding.
• Leverage social media platforms for recruitment.
• Proactively build talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Manage and coach junior team members to perform their HR business partner role.

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor degree in human resources management or other related disciplines.
• At least 6 to 8 years of HR generalist/ business partner experience.
• Experience in retail industry is highly preferred.
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical mind and people management skills.
• Independent, proactive with positive attitude, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
