Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Human Resources & Training Section;
• Responsible for recruitment arrangement & logistics, records update & filing, leave administration, medical insurance & claims;
• Maintain and update HR records including personnel files and HRIS;
• Provide clerical support to the department including data entry and filing;
• Assist in arranging and coordinating staff recreation activities;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or above;
• Preferable with Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; 
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations would be an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal skill, details-oriented, willing to learn with positive attitude;
• Responsible and hardworking;
• Immediate available is preferred
