  • Manage consignments and prepare auction catalogue
  • Write catalogue description in English and Chinese. High proficiency in either or both will be given priority.
  • Ensure catalogue data is accurate and recorded in a timely way
  • Co-ordinate pre and post auction transactions
  • Respond to general client enquiries
  • Maintain department filing

 

Requirement

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible can-do attitude
  • Discreet, dependable and mature
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or willing to learn an added bonus
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
