- Manage consignments and prepare auction catalogue
- Write catalogue description in English and Chinese. High proficiency in either or both will be given priority.
- Ensure catalogue data is accurate and recorded in a timely way
- Co-ordinate pre and post auction transactions
- Respond to general client enquiries
- Maintain department filing
Requirement
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible can-do attitude
- Discreet, dependable and mature
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or willing to learn an added bonus
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
