Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the other department
- Handle assignments independently in a tight schedule
- Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
- Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
- Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
- Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
- To organize functions and activities as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or formal secretarial training
- At least 2 years of secretarial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
- Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature and attentive to details
- Immediate available is preferred
5.5 days (Alternate), Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
