HR总监招聘需求：

岗位职责：
1、负责人力资源管理职能的战略规划。
2、负责根据公司业务需要招聘符合要求，有海外工作背景的人员。
3、确保所有与人力资源相关的活动和计划都按照集团的战略实施，包括招聘，培训，薪酬，绩效评估，组织发展，继任计划，劳动关系等。
4、制定并执行适当的人力资源计划，以便与管理决策的业务目标相关联。
5、制定和实施人力资源政策和程序，确保合法合规。

要求： 
1、人力资源管理或相关学科本科或以上学位。  
2、有跨国企业工作经验优先。
3、良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
4、拥有高度的自信，专业和外交，并能够在多元文化环境中承受压力。
5、精通英文和中文书面和口语。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the strategic planning of the human resources management function.

2. Responsible for recruiting candidates who meet the requirements and have overseas work background according to the company's business needs.

3. Ensure that all human resources related activities and plans are implemented in accordance with the Group's strategy, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation, organizational development, succession planning, and labor relations.

4. Develop and implement an appropriate human resource plan to be associated with the business objectives of management decisions.

5. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources management or related disciplines.

2. Work experiences in multinational companies is preferred.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Highly confident, professional and diplomatic, and able to withstand pressure in a multicultural environment.

5, proficient in English and Chinese written and spoken skills.
