Duties:

• Report to the C& B Manager and provide full spectrum of HR support to the C&B team;
• Handle payroll calculation, employee benefits administration, leaving arrangement, insurance administration & taxation etc.;
• Assist in reviewing and implementing C&B policies, procedures and forms;
• Assist in setting up regular HR reports for management review;
• Support the annual salary & performance management review;
• Participate in ad hoc C&B related projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder preferably major in HRM, Business Administration and any related disciplines;
• 2 years work experience or above in C&B area, preferable in handling sizeable payroll;
• Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance;
• Hands on experience in payroll and HRIS system management and administration;
• Strong numerical sense and attentive to details;
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills would be advantages;
• Good command of in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Candidate with more work experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
