Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the department
- Handle chargeback case operations on both client and issuing
- Answer customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years’ credit card centre and related product experience is a MUST, candidate with merchant sales experience will also be considered
- Well organized and detail – oriented
