Job Description
Duties
Reporting to the Executive Chinese Chef and provides administrative assistance to Shang Palace Kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year secretarial experience, with Culinary/ Hotel experience preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Highly proficient in basic Office software such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Able to handle routine correspondence and office matters independently
- Customer care skills, good phone etiquette and listening skills
- Service oriented, customer focused
- A good team player, able to motivate and work with multi-cultural work environment
