Job Responsibilities
職責：

• Provide excellent customer services to clients
  解答顧客查詢及提供專業客戶服務
• Handling phone calls, emails, front desk enquiries and follow-up action.
  負責接聽電話及日常聯絡工作，整理教材
• Receive payments and issue receipts for course and product selling.
  處理學生繳交學費 / 購買相關產品事宜
• Coordinate students-related issues, such as tutor matching, lesson bookings, classroom set-up, music exams and new-students’ follow-up.
  處理學生上課事務，包括安排師生上課時間、配對新學生時間、教室設置、音樂考試等
• Basic clerical work such as marking lessons schedule, handling brief report and assisting in preparing handouts. 
  一般文書處理工作，例如記錄上課日程、準備簡要報告、列印課堂筆記等
• Assisting general office operating, such as ordering stationary and facilities maintenance.
  協助管理辦公室內的事務，如訂購文具、設備維護等

Job Requirements
資歷：

• Form 6 or above
  中六或以上程度 (歡迎各大專院校學生應聘)
• 1+ year working experience
  1年或以上工作經驗
• Knowledge of basic word processing
  懂文書處理及中、英文電腦應用
• Cheerful, helpful characteristic with passion personality
  個性開朗、對工作有熱誠，樂於助人
• Possesses a positive attitude, even in difficult situation
  態度正面積極，勇於接受挑戰、積極解決問題
• Music background is an added advantage
  有音樂背景更好 (但不是必須)
• Immediate available is preferred
  能即時上班者獲優先考慮

Music Officer
Mon:         Day off
Tue, Fri:    10am to 7pm
Wed, Thu: 1pm to 10pm
Sat:          10am to 7pm / 1pm to 10pm (Shift)
Sun:         1pm to 6pm

Assistant Manager
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat:  10am to 7pm
Tue, Thu:                1pm to 10pm
Sun:                       Day off

Music Officer: $10k - $13k
Assistant Manager: $13k - $16k
