Our client, a fast moving fashion retail is looking for the candidate with the following details: 

Duties: 

• Handle all-rounded HR operation and focus on C&B, payroll and Employee Relationship for office and frontline stores 
• Handle routine C&B operation incl. payroll, Benefit administration, staff budgeting, remuneration package 
• Execute the staff salary review, salary increment and bonus scheme in line with market price
• Update and suggest the C&B policies from time to time to the management
• Handle the staff enquiries regards to the package and C&B matters 

Requirements:

• University graduate in HR Management 
• 2 years or above experience in HR, focus on C&B, in retail industry is highly preferred 
• Able to handle high volumn of staff payment and C&B execution 
• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing) 
• Outgoing and good team player 
• Attentive to details, independent and proactive type
