Sales Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
• Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department
• Responsible in dealing with quotations
• Ability to handle tendering works including preparing tender document 
• Prepare related sales reports and data
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 
  

Project Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Project/ Maintenance Team
• Preparing the project documents
• Assisting in project coordination with internal and external parties
• Provide clerical support such as copy, scan, filing, data entry, update inventory record 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary Education or above
• Minimum 1 year of related practical experience (Secretarial) 
• With qualification of Architect, Design, Engineering or related disciplines is an advantage
• Familiar with MS office
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
