Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the School’s functional teams e.g. excursion and exchange programme
• Prepare, collect and consolidate applications, fees and documentation
• Assist in preparation of quotation and tendering
• Provide logistic support to student interviews and parents meetings
• Handle enquiries of teachers, students and parents, and provide necessary support to the parties concerned
• Maintain and manage records in an organized manner
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• At least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language
• 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably with the education sector
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility

Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
