What you will experience:

The incumbent will provide support in sales order management while interfacing with commercial teams and 3PL in daily delivery and goods return arrangement. He/she will handle customer enquiries, perform regular and ad hoc reporting to ensure strong customer service KPI performance. The job holder will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with Demand Planning team on inventory, with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, with Finance to ensure credit release, and with Sales team to support any order enquiries. He/she will also be required to take part in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Talent we are looking for:

• Diploma or above with minimum 4 years sales order management experience preferably in FMCG, Nutrition of Pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of order management, goods return, customer enquiries handling
• A fast learner and is quick to adapt to changes
• Hands-on SAP experience
• Good communication skills
• Team player and willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
