Based on Shanghai

• Report to Director be fully responsible for the whole retail & franchise sales operations covering the area of Huadong and also business development
• Oversee sales & marketing functions to maintain and enhance the company’s brands
• For ongoing retail business, propose strategic planning, budgets & forecasts and new business direction
• manage the whole Shanghai Office & be accountable for P&L, manpower planning & training, all general management aspect of the Division
• Degree holder in Business / Marketing / Fashion Clothing or related discipline, possess Master degree in Business is advantageous
• Min. 10 years relevant experience with at least 4 years at the senior level and have experience in fashion branded or related field is preferable
• Ideal candidates must well understand the fashion market and have solid fashion retail sales  experience in PRC
• Fluent in English & Mandarin, well organized & sales orientated, outstanding management skills to motivate a team of sales staff
• Station in Shanghai & frequent travel within China is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered to the post of Assistant General Manager
