Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in executing Global Sources Exhibitions projects with IS & Operation Team.
Raise Maintenance Request (MR) to enhance Trade Show Visitor Database, Onsite Registration System, Online Systems and other systems.
Follow up and support projects on buyers’ promotion and onsite activities.
Data screening and prepare mailing lists for all marketing promotions - Print DM, eDM, SMS, Telemarketing etc
Maintain and update visitor data in Trade Show Visitor Database
Assist in all ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Diploma holder (or above) with 2 years’ relevant marketing or project management experience
Experienced in database management and analysis is highly preferred
Knowledge in using Eloqua is an advantage.
A detail-minded team player who is able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command of English and Chinese
