Responsibilities

l   Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions

l   Maintain HR database, tax, and MPF filing

l   Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment/facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal &, etc.

l   Co-ordinate and organize company activities and events

l   Assistant role to the General Manager

l   Ad-hoc projects and any other assignments

Requirements

l   Higher Diploma or above qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines

l   Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks, detail-minded and well-organized

l   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Officer

l   3 years relevant working experience or above

l   Proficient with Microsoft Office

l   Work location: Hong Kong Science Park Office
