Duties:

• Responsible for Human Resources Management System (HRMS) including conducting user acceptance test, maintenance, data update and liaison with various stakeholders
• Update and maintain accurate staff records in HRMS
• Provide all rounded HR services including talent acquisition, leave and benefits administration, training, performance review, employee relations, occupational health and safety, work visa application and renewal, etc.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensure statutory requirements are complied with for different employment regions - HK, PRC and Macau
• Assist in preparing HR monthly reports, statistics and analysis as and when required
• Assist in promoting and coordinating coworkers assistance and wellness programmes
• Assist in organizing staff and corporate event
• Assist in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, hands-on HRMS experience is preferred
• Familiar with relevant Ordinances in Hong Kong. Knowledge of PRC and Macau labour ordinance preferred
• Strong PC skills in using MS Office and web applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Handle sensitive information in confidential and professional manner
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
• Immediate availability is preferred

Terms of Appointment

Appointment will be on renewable contract terms for an initial period of 1 year
