Responsibilities:

• Identify control weaknesses in the assessment of the digital risk arise from existing or new product and business through on-going monitoring and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and conduct on-going review of the Bank Group’s digital control framework and recommend enhancements to comply with the regulatory requirements
• Keep Senior Management abreast of the latest trends and updates on Digital/FINTECH developments and the emerging risks 
• Identify and lead the implementation of digital initiatives covered in the annual risk management plan 
• Conduct training where appropriate
• Assist in promoting risk culture and awareness in the bank

Requirements:

• University graduate or relevant professional qualification
• Educational background in computer science, information security, accounting and finance, law or related disciplines
• Over 5 years' industry experience in technology and/or risk management
• Experience of technology regulatory or business landscape either in Information security, cyber security, technology risk management, big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence or fintechs
• Good communication and organizational skills and innovative

Candidate with less experience can be considered as “Risk Manager”
