Responsibilities:

• Assist Fund Director in fund-raising strategies planning
• Coordinating investor reporting, client communications, and preparing of marketing materials
• Provide all-rounded support in business campaign including but not exclusive to calendar management, meeting coordination, business trip arrangement and expenses management
• Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

   Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance / Business / Economics or related disciplines
• 3 years or above solid experience in financial services, investment industries
• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Preeminent communication, time-management and problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, speaking in Mandarin is a MUST
• Patience, proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
