職責:

• 接見客人及處理來電查詢
• 處理及核對貸款申請
• 負責信貸評估及貸款批核 (只適用於貸款主任)
• 處理一般文職工作及協助部門日常運作 
• 執行臨時委派工作

要求:

• 工作地點: 中環
• 中五/ 中學文憑試或以上
• 具穩定工作紀錄；備有基本信貸評估知識為佳 (缺乏經驗者或應屆畢業生也會考慮為貸款文員)
• 有責任心，成熟及處事獨立
• 具有良好溝通技巧及電話禮儀
• 具有一般電腦技能包括MS Words 及Excel

Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face customer service and handle hotline enquiries
• Handle and verify customers loan application
• Responsible for credit assessment and loan approval (Applicable to Loans Officer only)
• Handle general clerical work and support daily operation of the department
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:                    

• Working Location: Central
• Form 5 or DSE or above
• Stable working history; basic knowledge in credit assessment preferred (Candidates with less working experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Loans Clerk)
• Responsible, mature and able to work independently
• With good communication skill and telephone manner
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
