Job Description
Our clients are now seeking for experienced candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant information, constitutional documents and manage the account opening process for new clients
- Perform verification checks to ensure submitted documents are all meet the regulatory requirements
- Perform comprehensive screening for all clients
- Draft and obtain approvals for PEP and special cases
- Classify new and existing clients from a risk and regulatory perspective
- Maintain all information in database and make sure all meet Compliance and Internal Audit standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written. Proficiency in Business English/Mandarin/Cantonese
- Familiar with constitutional documents and corporate structures
- Sound knowledge in account-opening process
- Knowledge of markets and instruments, in addition to front to back investment banking processes
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations is a plus
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Good prioritisation, organisational and multi-tasking skills
