Job Description

Responsible for defining and developing the value propositions, marketing strategies, partner benefit strategies, customer campaigns to achieve business objectives for Group in Hong Kong and Macau

 

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Define and drive marketing strategy, partner marketing strategy and positioning for company in support of defined business and overall brand objectives.
  • Manage company’s positioning, strategic marketing programs and brand roadmaps to best deliver the value proposition to business partners and customers, as well as create shared value, while maximising financial results.

 

Planning and Implementation of overall value proposition for company in Hong Kong

  • Serve in a leadership role to conceive and execute Marketing campaigns that raise awareness for company in the market and generate Membership & Sales pipeline via ATL, BTL, PR, Digital & Customer/ Partner/ Channel Events
  • Orchestrate resources and stakeholders from different teams to deliver marketing solutions with the most optimal approach
  • Provide brand guidance and assure the brand integrity and consistency across all channels. 
  • Work closely with Group to ensure marketing activities of company in Hong Kong is aligned with Group’s direction.
  • Establish and deliver on key brand metrics and KPIs, such as awareness, preference, brand perception and market penetration
  • Review and manage customer journey; in collaboration with the Group Office and partners and to ensure an optimal online or in-store member experience

 

Team operation and management

  • Runs the marketing team in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Develop staff and to build team’s engagement and empowerment
  • Manages overall marketing budget planning and expenses
  • Select and manages different external vendors to ensure high quality deliverables at good value
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business people, including business partners, both at a strategic and operational level

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Marketing or communication focused
  • Digital savvy with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing or Communication, preferable in Loyalty programme management and implementation
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Multi-tasking
  • Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic, innovative team leader
  • Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent people management skill
  • Excellent leadership skill: coach, develop and motivate others
