Responsibilities:

• Assist preparation of reports to management both locally and to headquarters in Japan
• Assist in formulation of mid-term plan and annual budget
• Coordinate with internal department to gather data and information for performance analysis
• Assist in preparation of Investor/Press Related materials
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• About 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates may also be considered
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese language skill is an advantage
• Independent, flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferable
