We are currently seeking Customer Services Agents for our Hong Kong Call Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct accounts receivable phone calls
• Manage daily accounts receivable tasks
• Prepare statement of accounts for customers
• Update weekly AR reports for meetings with Clients
• Document data into systems and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:  

• Tertiary education or above
• Customer Service and/or Collections experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and with good communication skills
• Native English speaker; proficiency in spoken and written Chinese an advantage
• Good PC skills in MS Office
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Work Visa (foreign nationals)
