Responsibilities:

• Address enquiries from users, provide support and user problems diagnoses 
• Perform routine operation set up and maintenance
• Conduct user training and prepare training materials 
• Update user guideline documents 
• Analyze requests from users and work with IT and consultants for solution
• Assist managers on various new project activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Information System or other related disciplines
  
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in finance system tools (Oracle E-Business suite (Financials and Procurement), Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, etc.)
• Strong business sense, analytical skills, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good Excel, VBA Marco skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
