Consumer Assets - Secured Loans

Our services are delivered through a comprehensive range of service channels, including branches, mobile direct sales, e-channels and customer hotlines.
Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Secured Loans Channels Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist in digital transformation projects and drive the implementation of digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain a set of MI and analytic reports to capture business opportunities
- Participate in system enhancement or special projects to comply with regulatory requirements
- Work with different channels including telesales and digital banking to drive business from new customers. Monitor the performance of sales channels and evaluate programs results
Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ in MI reporting and Data Management in financial industry
- With good knowledge of Access, Excel VBA and SQL programming skill
- Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
