Job description 

• Handle phone calls and enquiries
• Appointments booking and registration
• Clerical and administrative duties
• Organize and facilitate classes and meetings
• General clinic and cleaning duties
• Assist physiotherapist at daily operation of the clinic

Requirement 

• F.5 / DSE or above
• At least 2 years or above working experience is preferred
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge and Chinese typing required
• Have good communication / interpersonal skill and phone manner, mature, polite, hardworking, responsible, independent and open-minded
