Responsibilities

• To be responsible to the Construction Manager, Quality Manager and Site Agent and assist them in performing their duties
• To assist the CM, QM and SA in proper supervision of the Contractor's Works Co-ordinators, workmen, sub-contractors and their workmen and in ensuring that all works are carried out in good building practice and in compliance with the contract in all aspects.
  
  

Requirements

• Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with Min. 1 year experience in maintenance or
• Grade T1 (TCP) plus 5 years maintenance experience
• Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable.
