Project Coordinator/ Site Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Assist project engineers to manage kitchen cabinet installation projects
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with external project sectors (developers, architects, interior designs, etc.)
• Coordinate with kitchen cabinet manufacturers for the fabrication, delivery and storage of the kitchen cabinets
• Supervise kitchen cabinet installation contractors on the installation progress and work qualities

Requirement:

• Certificate or above in engineering or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience of working at residential construction site. Experience inresidential kitchen cabinet design / sales / installation is highly preferred
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft office, AutoCAD)
• Valid Class 2 driving license is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Assistant Engineer / Engineer

Job duties:

• Act as person-in-charge of kitchen cabinet projects as assigned
• Handle kitchen cabinet project installation work independently, including material scheduling, site coordination with related third parties, contractor management
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with external project sectors (developers, architects, interior designs, etc.)
• Coordinate with kitchen cabinet manufacturers for the fabrication, delivery and storage of the kitchen cabinets
• Supervise kitchen cabinet installation contractors and related subcontractors on the installation progress and work qualities

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical, Building Services or Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience of working at residential construction site. Experience in residential kitchen cabinet design / sales / installation is highly preferred
• Familiar with kitchen cabinet design and installation details, material properties and selection criteria, tender document preparation
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft office, AutoCAD)
• Valid Class 2 driving license is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more relevant experience would be considered as Engineer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
