Senior Architectural Designer / Architectural Designer

Requirements:

• Master / Bachelor in architecture or related major, have 3 - 6 years related solid experience, working experience in large architectural design practices is an advantage;
• Creative and passionate in architecture design, and desire for growth;
• Excellent communication skill and leading ability. Responsible for presentation and negotiation with clients, management of architectural design at all stages, including project early cooperation, coordination program, preliminary, construction drawing and design review;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and other professional software.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, Chinese (Mandarin) is a definite advantage.

Architectural Assistant 

Requirements:

• Master / Bachelor in Architecture or related major;
• 1-2 years related solid experience;
• High achieving, reliable and results driven;
• Resourceful, analytical, organized with an eye for detail;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, Chinese (Mandarin) is a definite advantage;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and other professional software.
