Responsibilities:

• To assist the Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of building facilities of a portfolio of commercial and residential.
• Responsible for leading and supervision of maintenance team and contractor to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance work
• Upgrading works of building services system and liaison with clients
• Attending regular meeting and answer emergency call
• Prepare budget and propose improvement plan to client
• Inspect and audit on repair and maintenance works ensuring progress and completion meeting statutory requirements
• Prepare technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing and outsourcing repair and maintenance works

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Electrical / MVAC system / Building Services Repair & Maintenance
• Experience in shopping mall and office tower facilities management is preferred
• Proven record in project management is preferred
• Holder of Grade A & B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as ‘Senior Technical Officer’
