You are required to supervise the construction / interior fit-out projects from beginning to the end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. 

Responsibility:

• Project administration and management in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Control and supervise overall site/office activities to ensure the completion of project within timeline and budget.
• Work closely with client’s representatives and subcontractors.
• Gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness.
• Provide solutions to any problem happened on site.
• Monitor Project programmes and ensures compliance to contract conditions.
• Monitor materials logistics to meet the project programme and proper storage for installation.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Architecture / Surveying / Building Studies / Construction Management / Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in project management.
• Strong in leadership / management and can work under pressure.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
• High self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good command in written & spoken English & Chinese.
• Good computer knowledge in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
