Hospitality Interior Design Director – Shenzhen or Shanghai

This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong hotel interior design background. There are two companies seeking respectively in Shenzhen and in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

l  Lead the design team to do design from concept all the way through to design development

l  Assign tasks to intermediate and junior designers

l  Presentation and attend client meetings, manage client’s expectation and coordinate with hotel operators

l  Put together proposals and involve in bidding when necessary

l  Internal personnel management and training

Requirements

l  15 + years’ experience for interior design director position

l  Strong hotel interior design skills

l  Proven leader

l  Excellent English ability

l  Capable of dealing with clients

l  Ability to manage intermediate and junior designers
