You need to have

• Diploma holder/Design College graduate or related discipline, majoring in sweater & exp. in Japan market would be an advantage
• 3-5 years sweater experience
• Good Design Sense& good presentation Skill
• Self-Motivated, Reliable & Hardworking with an ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS office applications & design software, e.g.Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good team player, attentive to details, flexible and able to work under pressure

Your mission

• Participate in series of product development as assigned for in-house
• Responsible for research and analyze fashion trend direction for potential clients
• Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure design concepts are clearly delivered
• Timely delivery of design output in accordance with daily and weekly schedule
• Ensure the product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy
• Ad hoc projects as required
