Job Description

• Report to Operation Manager
• Monitor, support and resolve day-to-day operational and system issues related to customer, membership as well as business
• Develop operation policy, process and guidelines related to customer service and membership management
• Manage account servicing tasks to teams including to identify members’ needs, enquiries handling and to coordinate with internal resources to provide necessary supports
• Provide high level of customer satisfaction and assist to provide consultative support to teams for business development and membership management
• Support teams in operation to maintain and provide accurate membership records and analysis reports for business development and target achievement
• Oversee and manage all kinds of customer and membership issues
• Assist teams in managing license issues and complying local authority requirements
• Occasional travel to overseas may be required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in business administration, customer services, hospitality, marketing, communications or equivalent
• At least 3 years of solid experience in direct selling, retails and/or e-commence company
• Experiences in customer service, membership management and business development in MLM, Retails or E-Commence industry will be highly advantage
• Proficient in computer skills and membership program  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure support and contribution from a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess and identify members’ needs to enhance quality of service
• Able to handle multi-tasks and seasonal workload, out-going, self-motivated and proactive
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Operation Supervisor, Customer & Business Support
• Immediate available is preferred
