Job duties:

• Handle all suppliers’ purchase orders and after sale issues
• Organize product information provided by brand or suppliers
• Communicated with different internal teams
• Handle all SMB orders
• Prepare creative materials for the online store
• Prepare different reports for store performance analysis
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in business or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experinece in eCommerce operation or marketing field
• Less experience can be considered as an Operation Assistant
• Strong market sense and interest in electronics products
• Detail-minded and to be responsible
• Strong customer-focused mindest with ability to understand customer's needs in e-commerce industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
