Responsibilities:

• Leading technical development engineers to undertake all aspects of the project development life cycle
• Overseeing and leading the requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment and documentation required in the projects
• Managing the operation of cold drink equipment workshop team and advertising signage team to comply with the quality, safety and environmental standards
• Managing vendors on solution integration and compliance of standards, oversee and measure vendors' contractual obligations

Requirements:

• Degree qualifications in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated track record in leading the technical development projects
• Extensive demonstrated experience in the area of software development and/or hardware design for equipment or electronic products is an advantage
• Experience in maintenance operations management is also an advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Less qualified candidate could be considered for the post of Assistant Technical Development Manager
