• Supervise Technicians & contractors to monitor data center E&M operations during required shift duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems
• Response to equipment/system performance to meet tenant’s Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate with Operations Center to response tenant’s enquiries during incident and update status
• Prepare operation report, emergency incident report and liaise with tenants on condition and performance of E&M installation

• Higher diploma in electrical or building services engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experiences with critical plant duty which includes maintenance and repair
• Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit, Switch Boards, Fire Systems and BMS
  
• Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
