Responsibilities:

Incubation programme is one of our prime programmes dedicated to nurture startups by offering the right potential with comprehensive support. We now invite high-caliber individual to join this exciting team and provide support in the following areas:

• Handle the end-to-end cycle of programme admission from handling general enquiries, information collection, application review, admission panel organization, documentation to report preparation
• Assist in organizing marketing and promotional activities to increase market awareness of incubation programme
• Prepare presentation and promotional materials as required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Science/Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably with exposure in customer serving and marketing. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
• Good understanding of technology trends with experience working with startup communities is a plus
• Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and mature
• Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
