Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor new product development projects including design, costing, prototyping, tooling, testing, timeline scheduling, pilot-run, and mass production with support from China factory engineering dept
• Co-ordinate betweensales/customers and R&D team for project issues
• Communicate with sales/customers to fine-tune product specifications
• Help with trouble shooting from design to production
• Effectively analyze customer and internal changes, including feasibility and costing impact
• Track project status and project schedule 

Requirements:

• Tertiary or above in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/PIE or equivalent
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 2-3 years project management experience in electrical products (small electrical appliances or power tools preferred) with knowledge in electrical safety standards
• Working experience in electrical testing laboratories also welcome
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Pro-E preferred
• Willing to travel to China factory
• Good problem solving skills, hardworking with positive attitude
• Well-organized and self-motivated

• 13 months salary
