Requirements:

• To lead a team of engineers in HK and PRC
  
• To communicate with customers on their product requirements and changes during project development process
• To develop products with a high degree of complexity
• To provide technical support to sales and marketing team
• To monitor project status for the whole team
• To drive team collaboration and solve technical issues                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in supervisory level
• Good background in high-end electronic manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership skills; Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding and be able to demonstrate knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO16949 is highly preferred
  
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
