Responsibilities:

• To ensure availability of Administrate infrastructure and related IT systems
• To support Office Network, Firewall, email system, Intranet, Servers, ORS, OCIS
• To provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
• To plan and execute IT projects and budget
• To oversee and determine time frames for major IT projects including updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• To develop and implement IT policy, guidelines and conduct regular system audits
• To participate in system and database design and application development 
• To roll out new systems when required
• To maintain computer hardware and software inventories
• To lead and supervise subordinate
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
• Liaise with business users and external parties for system requirement, support and training
• With solid experience on hotel PMS, POS and various application

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years working in the IT field
• Exceptional multi-tasking and time-keeping skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Previous experience in working with outsourcing vendor will be of added advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Practical experience in hotel system implementation is a must
