Job Duties:

- Responsible for performing various sales activities for gourmet food products e.g. snacks and condiments.

- Handling existing accounts and developing new client accounts

- Handle daily sales operations including but not limited to customer’s enquiries, order follow up, invoicing, arrange delivery and logistic services.

- Use ERP system to run sales and inventory report.

- Ad hoc projects e.g. Coordinate promotions at client’s retail stores, company booth at trade exhibitions

- Occasionally travel to Macau / Shenzhen (around 2-3 times a year)

Requirements:

- University graduate

- Experience in similar position (experience in dealing with chain stores, hotels and retailers is a Big Plus)

- At least 2-4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage/ Hospitality industry is preferred

- Excellent negotiation, organization & multi-tasking skills

- Self-motivated, responsible & good team player

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
