Job Descriptions:

• To provide user support on PCs, hardware/software and system
• To provide hardware and software maintenance support to users and perform on-site system health check
• To provide network support and assist supervisors in servers and network equipment's monitoring
• To assist in setting up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work
• To assist in managing the hardware and software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records
• To provide security control support and provide assistance in response to IT incidents

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in IT related field
• Experience in Windows support, hardware/software and network support
• Knowledge in IP phone or video conference technology is highly preferred
• Knowledge in email platform or mobile device is a plus
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
