As SAP Project and System Leader representing APAC region, there are two primary functions to be responsible for including project and business & process management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a framework for project planning, communications, procedures and contractual activity
• Organise and lead a cross-functional team in developing and implementing project deliverable
• Works with the core users to identify business requirements and develop the proposal
• Develops work plans, managing deadlines and coordinate the project team and sub-team activities
• Estimates project skill requirements, works with deployment lead to identify appropriate resources and manages their integration into the team
• Communicates status and vision to project and business management and stakeholders
• Implements SAP S4 through the entire project life cycle (preparation, design blueprint, build, final prep/testing/cut over, go-live and support)
• Performs overall team management, including regular evaluations, budget and risk management and support activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in information systems or related field preferred.
• 8 years or more in enterprise system implementation, project management, solution architecture preferably in Fashion and Retail industries
• Strong process and industry knowledge and deep knowledge of SAP (Retail, SD, MM, FI and CO) and project implementation methodology
• Solid consulting and analytical skills on understanding complex business operational requirements
• Knowledge of current project management methodologies
• Team and people management skill
• Worked in multinational corporations with regional exposure 
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in effectively driving project initiatives out a large-scale, complex organization
• Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
