PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate, configure, install and test of hardware and software systems
• Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications.
• Installation of software and hardware for end user
• Responsible for ad hoc request by the end user
• Provide troubleshooting / technical support on network, server and system administrations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher/Diploma Holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in helpdesk support.
• Knowledge in PC and LAN / WAN inter-networking equipment.
• Solid experience in PC installation & trouble shooting.
• A good team player, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
