Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of in-house and external developers to deliver high quality systems according to time schedule
To analyse business processes and requirements, and drive the system design, development, system integration, testing and deployment of applications
To prepare technical specifications on the solution design
To present technical architectures and solutions, identify risks and issues, and report the development progress to senior management
Maintain the pace of agile development, by defining epics, user stories and sprints for rapid releases
Advise technical strategies, best practices and methodologies across the development life-cycle, including development, continuous integration / continuous delivery, build, test and deployment automation

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
7 - 14 years' experiences in in system design and development
Strong ability to design and implement pragmatic solutions according to complex business requirements
Hands-on experience in J2EE, Spring, JavaScript
Knowledge on cloud technologies and web services (RESTful/SOAP) is an advantages
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology and DevOps is an advantage
Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
