About Our Client (Trading company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the Trading Companies,is now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:

• Lead a team of 8 -10, Professionally interacts with customers, building strong relationships across various levels while also develops and builds strong relationships with Sales, Operations and other cross functional teams.
• Regularly conduct data analysis in order to check and control performance of whole CS team
• Act as a change ambassador to streamline organization back-office and customer-facing policies, procedures and practices to enhance the customer experience, improve employee job satisfaction, reduce expense and increase stakeholder value.
• Lead Business process improvement, innovation projects and technology-based solution implementations

Requirements

• Degree holder in logistics/supply chain management/system related preferred
• 6-8 years related exp. preferred, with at least 3 years managerial experience
• Experience working in a regional/global team and in a matrix environment.
• Understandings of Global trade compliance and customs clearance process in Asia, US and European countries is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred
• Good Command of Japanese (Passed JLPT N2 or above)
• Good Command of English & Mandarin
