Job Duties

• Provide technical support and maintenance services.
• Perform system and data backup activities;
• Perform tasks for operations, upgrades, and problem resolution of the system and network
• To help with software issues and successful operations
• Maintaining IT inventory records of hardware and software

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma/ or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines;
• 1 year of relevant experience in IT support is preferred;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good Command of written in English and Chinese;
• Fresh graduate are also welcome.
• MCSE holder will definitely be an advantage;
